TAF Achievements in 2025
TAF - The Animal Fund was created March 3th, 2015. Aspiring to inform and educate about the ocean and its marine life's deterioration and to find solutions, the association has accomplished numerous achievements since then.
Year 2025
- TAF kicked off the year by unveiling its new platform, ‘United for Ocean,’ in London, in collaboration with TAF UK’s Jacqueline Rosenbond (January);
- A well-planned research trip to Baja California to study the migration and well-being of gray whales, culminating in a report on our website (January–February);
- A friendly get-together and family photo with marine environment associations and partners before UNOC June 2025 ( March);
- A new semester has begun and the CE1 class gained insight into the wonders of the ocean and its marine life, as well as why we must protect them (March);
- Another 29 school children were informed about the mystery of whales and their incredible importance to our ecosystem and our survival (March);
- One more amazing class with 25 children got informed and inspired, we’re grateful to the teacher and students for warmly welcoming us! (March);
- TAF, in collaboration with students from EDHEC University, contributed its expertise to a powerful and insightful conference addressing the devastating effects of overfishing (April);
- The International University of Monaco (IUM), in collaboration with TAF, hosted a powerful conference addressing the devastating impact of fast fashion. We extend our heartfelt thanks to the students, their supervisor Federica Conte, our partner R4, and all attendees for their valuable collaboration and engagement (April);
- During the vibrant SIP -student day, EDHEC joined forces once again with TAF to host an inspiring conference. This time, the spotlight was on “Overpackaging”, a pressing issue that affects us all. With TAF’s support, students took the stage to challenge norms and spark dialogue on smarter, more sustainable alternatives (April);
